No promises on the page
The site is a description, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quote, a guarantee of a result, or a commitment to take on a project. What we build, for whom, and on what terms is agreed in writing with each shop.
Your use
Use the site as a visitor. Do not try to interfere with it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Third parties
Book a call leads to TidyCal, a service we do not run. Its terms apply once you are there.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Naceworks, LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on what it says.
