Software built around how your plant actually runs
We build your shop and company operating system (quoting, scheduling, job status, the back office) and then run it for you.
What it looks like today
Quoting takes your evenings. You quote at night and on weekends. Most quotes don't come back, and nobody checks the hours you quoted against the hours the job took.
Nobody knows where a job is. A customer calls, and someone walks the floor to find out.
The schedule is a whiteboard. It lives in one person's head, and every job is a hot job.
What the shop knows walks out the door. How to quote a part or set up a machine is in two or three people's heads.
The software you have doesn't fit. You use a fraction of the ERP, or you run on QuickBooks, spreadsheets and paper. The floor doesn't enter data, so the numbers are wrong.
The office runs on re-keying. Orders, purchasing and invoices get typed into three places, and month-end numbers come late.
One system, built for your company
- Shop floor
- Live job status by your own stations, a shared schedule board, and prints, revisions and certs on the job they belong to.
- Quoting
- Rules that capture how your best estimator thinks, with quoted hours checked against actual hours on every job.
- Company operations
- Orders to invoices, purchasing, and the numbers you watch, without re-keying. It works alongside what you already run.
How it starts
A call.
About your company and what slows it down. If we're not the right fit, we say so.
Paid discovery, $2,500.
A structured look at how work moves through your company, ending in a one-page Project Brief: the problem, what we'll build, how we'll know it worked, a budget range and a timeline in weeks. The fee is credited against the build.
The build.
A fixed price once the scope is set. We ship every week, and you steer each release.
We run it.
Hosting, updates, security and support stay with us.
Why only four
We build with one small team, so we take on four new clients a quarter. When they're taken, you can join the waitlist for next quarter.
What it isn't
It isn't nesting or CAM software, and it doesn't run your machines. It won't fix hiring or certify you to a standard. It won't price a part from a CAD file on its own.
Questions
- What does it cost?
- Discovery is $2,500, credited against the build. The build is a fixed price set in discovery.
- How long does it take?
- The first release is in weeks, not months, and you see a release every week.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. You can export it at any time.
- Do we have to replace our ERP?
- No. It works alongside what you run.
